Grieving

It isn't only about grieving the person you lost, it is grieving the loss of every single thing without your person.

It is grieving the memories you created with your person. It is grieving the oneness you had with your person, the daily silly interactions only the two of you understand.

It is grieving the loss of safety you felt knowing your person was always there for you.

It is grieving the nights alone which turn into mornings we have to face alone.

It is grieving the future you had planned together which is now shattered.

It is grieving your person as you are trying to figure out your new identity as one, facing the everyday fear which goes hand and hand with grief.

It is imagining living the rest of your life without your person, not being able to breathe, thinking of the infinite amount of mornings you will wake up in this nightmare.

Grieving touches everything, it covers everything...
